Professional bodies and registrations
Our legal work is carried out by Cypriot advocates who are members of the Cyprus Bar Association. Our tax and accounting work is carried out by, or under the supervision of, members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Scope of services
We are regulated to provide, directly or through affiliates:
- Immigration, residency and citizenship advice and filings.
- Cyprus tax structuring, registration and ongoing compliance.
- Cyprus company formation, secretarial and directorship services.
- Property due diligence and conveyancing.
- Bookkeeping, payroll and statutory audit.
We do not hold any banking, payment or investment licence and do not provide investment, insurance or financial-advisory services.
Professional indemnity insurance
Our legal and accounting work is covered by professional indemnity insurance arranged under the rules of the Cyprus Bar Association and ICPAC. Full details on request.
Anti-money-laundering compliance
We are subject to the Cyprus Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Activities Law and to EU AML directives.
Before accepting you as a client we must:
- Verify your identity using government-issued ID and proof of address.
- Understand the nature and purpose of the engagement.
- Obtain evidence of source of funds and source of wealth.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring throughout the engagement.
We may be required to report suspicions to the Cyprus Unit for Combating Money Laundering (MOKAS) and cannot tell you if a report has been made.
Fees and engagement
We quote fixed fees and confirm them in a written engagement letter before we start. Government charges are passed on at cost.
We do not accept introducer commissions. If we are ever offered one, we will tell you and rebate it against your fees.
Complaints procedure
If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Write to the Managing Partner at info@cyprusrelocationexperts.com.
We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to give a substantive response within 28 days. You may escalate to:
- Legal-services complaints: Cyprus Bar Association.
- Accountancy and audit complaints: ICPAC.
- Data-protection complaints: the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
- Consumer complaints: Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.
Disclosures
We comply with EU Directive 2018/822 (DAC6) and report under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS) where applicable. We will tell you in writing if your matter requires a disclosure.
We are not registered with any financial-services regulator and are not authorised to give investment advice or handle client money outside our regulated legal and accounting scope.
