This Privacy Policy explains how Cyprus Relocation Experts Ltd. (HE 423918), a company registered in Cyprus with its registered office at Leoforos Dimokratias 32, Ground Floor, 8028 Paphos, Cyprus (“we”, “us” or “our”), processes personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or engage us for professional services.

We only collect what we need to advise you well. Specifically:

• Contact data you give us — name, email, phone number, WhatsApp handle, country of origin, free-text enquiry message.
• Engagement data for clients we go on to advise — copies of passports, apostilled civil records, financial statements, tax filings, property documents.
• Communication data — emails, WhatsApp messages and notes from calls.
• Technical data automatically logged when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, the pages you view. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

We use the data above only for the purposes you would expect:

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To carry out the legal, tax, immigration and concierge services we have agreed with you.
• To comply with our regulatory and statutory obligations, including AML/KYC checks.
• To keep records that allow us to defend a legal claim or respond to a regulator.

We will never sell your personal data, and we will not use it for marketing to other audiences.

We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
• Legal obligation — to comply with Cyprus AML, tax and professional rules.
• Legitimate interests — to run our firm and keep our records.
• Consent — where you have given it.

We share your data only with:

• Cyprus authorities we file your application with — Migration Department, Tax Department, Land Registry, Registrar of Companies.
• Banks and notaries involved in your file.
• Trusted service providers who help us run the firm — IT host, email, accounting software. Each one is bound by written confidentiality terms.
• Regulators, auditors and courts where legally required.

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not currently run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or third-party analytics.

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps iframe; when that map loads, Google may set its own cookies (see policies.google.com/privacy).

• Website enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 12 months.
• Active client files: 6 years after the engagement ends, in line with Cyprus accounting, tax and AML rules.
• AML KYC files: 5 years minimum from the end of the relationship.

Most processing happens inside the EEA. For non-EEA service providers we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented by reasonable technical safeguards.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Ask for your data in a portable form.
• Withdraw any consent you have given.
• Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
