Five steps. Same five, every time.

The steps don't change. What changes is who you are, what passport you hold, and which Migration Dept district your file lands in. We do this multiple times a year.

    Discovery call

    Day 1 · 30 min
    We do
    • Listen. We don't pitch.
    • Ask for passports, current residency, employment.
    • Sketch the route options on a shared doc.
    You do
    • Be ready to say roughly when, who and why.
    • Have a passport scan handy.
    • Tell us if anything is messy — divorces, dual citizenship, prior visa refusals.
  2. 02

    Eligibility & timeline

    Week 1 · written brief
    We do
    • Confirm the route (Yellow Slip, Pink Slip, DNV, PR).
    • Send a written timeline + cost estimate.
    • Tell you what you must start chasing in your home country today.
    You do
    • Order apostilled documents from your home country.
    • Tell us about anyone joining the file later (spouse, kids).
    • Decide on Limassol vs. Nicosia vs. Paphos.
  3. 03

    Document preparation

    Weeks 2–6 · the slow part
    We do
    • Collect, translate (sworn), apostille-stamp documents in Cyprus.
    • Open the residency file with the right Migration Dept district.
    • Liaise with your home-country notary if needed.
    You do
    • Send originals (we courier them back).
    • Sign powers of attorney.
    • Reply to WhatsApp.
  4. 04

    Application & biometrics

    Week 6–10 · in person
    We do
    • Lodge the file.
    • Attend with you for fingerprinting and any clarifying interview.
    • Open your bank account on the same trip if logistics allow.
    You do
    • Show up. We collect you from the airport.
    • Bring a passport-quality photograph that meets ICAO specs.
    • Allocate 1.5 days for the appointment week.
  5. 05

    Arrival & settling-in

    Months 2–6 · the part most firms skip
    We do
    • Schools, NHS/GeSY enrolment, driving licence conversion, utilities.
    • Introduce you to a GP, dentist, accountant, builder.
    • Stay on WhatsApp for the first year. Renewals two years out.

    • Move in.
    • Tell us what's working and what isn't.
    • Have us back for the 5-year renewal.

EU Yellow Slip: typically 8–12 weeks door to door. Pink Slip: 4–6 months. PR via property: depends on the property closing, then 2 months at Migration. Digital Nomad: 5–7 weeks.
A small individual EU file from €1,400. A non-EU family with property purchase typically €4,500–€7,500 excluding government fees. A company with employee residencies is quoted on the brief. All fees are fixed and itemised — never hourly.
No. We are deliberately small and only handle Cyprus. We will hand off to a partner firm in your home country if you need pre-departure tax planning there.
